Learning with the "EBRD Impact Academy"

The "EBRD Impact Academy" is an all-in-one impact learning platform for EBRD Staff and stakeholders across our regions. With a very successful start in internal training with the delivery of more than a dozen interactive learning modules, the "EBRD Impact Academy" is the Bank's most comprehensive body of internal knowledge on impact thinking and work.

Repeatedly highlighted by different banking and policy teams as a valuable learning platform of the Bank, the Impact Academy is advancing to its next stage. With donor funding from multiple EBRD Donors, we now deliver our modules in smaller digital content packages, available on-demand through this new interactive learning platform.

Our modules are uniquely structured to include the latest insights from academia, and the political-economy perspective, in practical knowledge packages delivered straight to our regions. We also present the EBRD operational approach via internal case studies and external expertise. Our reformatted content is enhanced with new high-quality Donor knowledge on emerging, cutting-edge topics of importance to the Bank. The modules facilitate knowledge transfer and equip learners with tools to better access the vast pool of international experience in development impact.

Earn a certificate

After you complete each Module, you will have the option to complete an online assessment. Once you pass the assessment, you will get a named certificate.

How to enrol in our modules

To enrol in our modules, you must be a citizen of the EBRD shareholder countries or an existing EBRD Staff member.
